Additional fees may apply for those at correctional/jail locations. We also offer forms at $10 each and can provide witnesses at $45 per witness, given 24 hours notice before your appointment. In compliance with Arizona Law, we charge $10 per notarial signature.

Our services begin at $55.00, varying by location, and include a 30-minute wait time, with an additional $10.00 charge per signature.

For home closing services, prices start between $90 and $225, depending on the size of the home loan package. This service includes unlimited signatures, document printing, a 2-hour wait time, and covers 50 miles round trip
